DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

We had a a Gaslo system fitted by Tyrone wish we hadn’t.
My Husband was quite poorly when overcome with Carbon monoxide from a gas leak from the system he had fitted. We were left with no gas all over Christmas until we could get it booked into another Dealership to look at the leak for us. We have sold our house and currently living in the Motorhome whilst travelling which Tyrone was aware of . We had to pay a further £472.00 on top of what we had paid Tyrone.
We purchased through PayPal who have asked Tyrone to send me a refund however he has ignored them. Tyrone told me to take it to someone else to get it looked at and knows full well that if I did this PayPal wouldn’t refund me !!

I understand from Tyrone’s point of view his argument is he feels that the independent Gaslo installer has charged too much to fix his dangerous work and that he feels that they should have changed a brass connector for £15 but I am just the customer stuck in the middle here back tracking now after telling me to take it to another Gaslo installer as we were on in Ireland over the Christmas period and into the New Year .

I’m sure he has lots of happy customers however I am not happy with his service.

Tyrone hasn’t attempted to pay me back me back the money I had to pay to make his work safe even though I have sent him the bill via WhatsApp.
He has not once said he is sorry and still not contacted me regarding the bill to fix his Dangerous work !!

I would swear in front of a judge that all I have said above is the truth and I have evidence to prove it.
You had to return on 3 attempts because you had fitted the regulator upside down not minor details but the system wouldn’t work. We had to send pictures of your work to Truma in Derbyshire who confirmed this. On one occasion you brought the wrong regulator with you !!
Correct I did agree that the gas system seemed to be working however it then began to leak after being filled and Gaslo confirmed with me that the brass part that causes this only becomes faulty when fitted incorrectly and same again I have this in writing. ( I am happy for all my reports to shared )

I’m sure you have good reviews as I said before Tyrone however Carl from gaslo based in Loughborough did not inspect your work it was Thompson Leisure in Dromore Northern Ireland about an hour from where we were staying at the time.PayPal could not take my claim for compensation any further because I had taken our Gaslo system in our brand new Motorhome to be looked at somewhere else as I needed a safe gas system whilst living in my motorhome and travelling .
You spoke to the Dealership Thompson Leisure on numerous occasions on the day we took our motorhome to be fixed and you received the bill before we left the Dealership on WhatsApp straight away but you were annoyed that they were not able to just tighten up your gas system it all needed to be taken out, parts replaced and relocated to sort the Gas system out at a cost of £470.
You are correct we found your company having had a problem with a leaky awning rail however this is nothing compared to you nearly killing my Husband with a leaky Gas system.
No I’m not trying to ruin your business you have left me with no other alternative other than to leave you this review on social media if you had been honest and admitted that on this occasion you had let the customer down and been accountable to resolve the matter it wouldn’t have come to this !!
We found it strange that on the day of installation you scanned the top of my Husband’s phone with a QR code asking him to leave a review this was even before the gas bottles had been filled with LPG gas and the system tested by us !!
Obviously I am considering pursuing you through the small claims court.
